This week take home meal is a flavoursome saffron risotto enhanced with sweet peas, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes,

finished with ever present parmesan cheese and crispy Chorizo.

For the vegetarians will be served without the chorizo, please specify when ordering, and yes the broth used for the risotto is a vegetable broth…
